Book a free on-site analysis. The RM 50 measurement fee is fully deductible from your project cost, and you receive a precise, itemised quote after the visit.

What faults do you troubleshoot on-site?+

Our technicians diagnose brushless DC (BLDC) motor wear, microprocessor controller faults, sensor misalignment, carriage roller wear and failed battery backups. Most common faults are fixed in a single visit from stocked parts.

Can the door still open during a breakdown or power cut?+

Yes. Every system has an emergency manual override so the door can be opened by hand, and we can retrofit a battery backup (UPS) that keeps the door cycling until mains power returns.
